Privacy protection is very important for the security of information exchanged between users. And that is why Apple uses encryption to exchange messages in its messaging app 'iMessage'. But recently, a security flaw has been found in the iMessage app, which is included as default in the iOS operating system.

Taking advantage of this security flaw, a group of hackers is already sending fake messages containing malicious links to iPhone users. Clicking on the link in the message is causing harmful malware to enter the iPhone. As a result, iPhone users are at risk of cyber attacks, according to a report by Bleeping Computer.

According to Bleeping Computer, the security flaw in iMessage is quite complex. And so, by exploiting this flaw, messages containing links to malicious malware can be sent to iPhone users, bypassing all of Apple's anti-phishing security measures. As a result, clicking on the link in the message to get detailed information will cause the malicious malware to enter the iPhone.

As a result, hackers can take control of the iPhone remotely and steal all the information.

Cyber security analysts have warned iPhone users to be cautious about messages sent by unknown individuals or organizations on the iMessage app. To stay safe from cyber attacks, they should verify the authenticity of the information in the message and refrain from clicking on links unnecessarily.
