Mushroom burgers may have gained popularity in recent years. It is a recipe also very easy to make.
Ingredients for mushroom sauce: 1 cup of mushroom sauce, 1 cup of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon of cornflower siki, 1 teaspoon of minced onion, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of fresh cream, 3 teaspoons of chicken stock. teaspoon, salt and pepper powder to taste 1 tablespoon.
Patty Ingredients: Minced meat 500 grams, Pepper powder 1 tablespoon, Chilli powder half teaspoon, Ginger half a teaspoon, Garlic paste half a teaspoon, Lemon juice half a teaspoon, Beaten egg 1 or as much, Bread crumb as much, Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste and oil 1 teaspoon.
Ingredients for burger sauce: Mayonnaise ½ cup, tomato sauce ½ cup, salt ½ teaspoon, pepper powder ½ teaspoon, sugar 2 teaspoons, chili flakes ½ teaspoon and mustard sauce 1 teaspoon.
For the burger dressing: 4 burger buns (split in half), burger sauce, mayonnaise to taste, 4 cheese slices, 4 lettuce leaves, a few diced tomatoes, a few diced onions (optional), and 2 teaspoons of shallots.
Method: For the mushroom sauce, fry onion and garlic in a pan with butter for a while. Add the mushrooms. Add salt, pepper powder, and garam masala powder and stir for a while. It should be fried with flour. Then stir well with chicken stock. Cook for a while. When it thickens a bit, whisk well with the cream. Make it a little thicker.
Knead all the patty ingredients well. Divide into 4 parts. Make round patties. Fry well on both sides with little oil. If you want, you can also grill it on the griller.
Mix all the ingredients for the burger sauce together.
Spread a little burger sauce and scallion batter on the bottom of each burger bun. Then add paneer slices. Top one patty with lettuce and some mushroom sauce. Add chopped tomatoes and onion to it. Spread mayonnaise on top of burger buns and serve.
