Google is running an experimental program to use artificial intelligence (AI) based chatbots for various support services related to Google Services. Google will provide support for Google services with this artificial intelligence-based assistant tool called AI Support Assistant.

According to Nine to Five's report, the AI ​​chatbot dialog box can be seen in the lower right part of the support page of some Google services. It says, 'Hey, I'm a new support assistant.' There is also a chat for any assistance Google says the AI ​​chatbot for assistance is still in the learning phase. There is also the risk of getting wrong answers from the chatbot at times. 

Users can give thumbs up or thumbs down after getting any help. As a result, it can be understood whether the support service was helpful or not. There is also an option to see the source of the answer given by AI. Tap on 'View My Answer Source' and the chatbot will also show the source. Even follow-up relevant questions after answering the help desk can be seen in the form of recommendations. 

So far, this chatbox dialog has been seen on Google Maps, Messages, and Account support pages, reports Nine to Five Google.

Meanwhile, Google DeepMind has created a new artificial intelligence (AI) competitor to ChatGPT. This AI named Gemini can simultaneously understand different types of multimedia such as images, videos, audio, and text, and respond accordingly.
